Admissions

Elmhurst Extended Care Center requires that a representative of a potential resident tour the Care Center prior to being admitted. No appointment is needed, and the normal office hours are Monday through Saturday from 9am-5pm. The tours typically do not take longer than 30 minutes and it is a wonderful way for families to get to know about us prior to admission. Besides the actual tour, a brief information session is included to help families understand what services we offer as well as a time to answer questions regarding any aspect of care, finances, or insurance. The tour also gives us a chance to get to know your loved one before they even step foot in the building. We feel this information helps make the transition easier for all.
