Elmhurst Extended Care Center offers a comprehensive memory care service. When loved ones have Alzheimer's and dementia, we want to make sure that they receive the attention they need. Our wander management system allows residents to have the freedom to move around the floor, while making sure they remain safe within the secured area. We have two multipurpose areas for dining, visiting and activities on opposite ends of the floor, promoting continuous movement and stimulation.
Our compassionate staff is regularly trained in behavior management. Our staff is qualified to maximize each individual’s potential. We ensure each resident receives a caring and understanding skilled nursing environment that caters to their specific needs.

We understand the challenges that families face when caring for a loved one with dementia. Our interdisciplinary team is ready to help with any questions or concerns you may have.
